I must be really bored to write a diary like this. Anyway, it’s called “Shit on company time” so let’s talk about the politics in Taiwan. 1. Taiwan needs a strong person to lead it to the 21st century. Ma is a typical whimp without leadership who is in the wrong position; he can be a great staff but definitely not the current chair he is sitting on. Terry Gou is a much better candidate. If he can lead the 400K people Foxconn, I don’t see why he cannot do a good job to lead 18 million people company named Taiwan. I am pretty sure he will give a 15% pay raise to everybody and meanwhile send another 2000 criminals to face firing squad. 2. Not everybody in Taiwan knows how to spell democracy. The No. 1 rule of democracy is to respect the majority of people. If your vote can be bought by NT2000, or 陳致中 will be elected as a delegate, you got a problem. To be continued.
