David Wu (吳振偉) annonced that he will resign from the House of Representatives. He has been in seven terms of congressman so far that he is definitey not a rookie any more. I just cannot understand why he made such a fatal mistake to have sexual encounter with a 18-year girl who is his long term friend's daughter. He is very close to face a criminal charge if the girl is younger than 18.
I guess David made the same mistake as most men do - Use his small head to think than his big head in a wrong time and wrong place.
