only Chinese who likes white meat?
Of course the breasts taste better; I mean chicken here and don't even think about something else. I know you guys have pretty good imagination.
Most of Chinese (includes Taiwanese) like chicken thighs and legs better than chicken breasts and my sista even told me that chick breasts are tastless I guess she confused between 雞胸肉 and 雞肋. My job is a 雞肋 if you know what I mean.
Americns call chick breasts, wings "white meat" and thighs, legs "Dark meat". People in US tend to like white meat because chicken breasts are more expensive than the other parts of a chicken.
I got a two-piece special white meat from Popeys Fried Chicken today which inclues a breast, wing, a sid dish and a biscuit for $2.99. It is pretty freakin cheap but I am sure my life will be 2-day shortend after this meal. Oh well, you can look good or feel good but not both. Life is tough, isn't it?
