really pissed when I made up my mind to add the "Performance exhaust" to my new toy last week and the sales guy Mike "Dumb Ass" said my order status already went into 3000 which GM cannot change any options.
WTF, he told me that I have 2 days to adjust my options when he gave me the final notice. Guess what? I never got his notice.
I guess I am really fucked this time, so I talked to the Chevy "Customer care" yesterday. Surprisingly, the lady was very nice and tried to help me out. The department which handles the options was close on the weekend and I won't know the outcome until Monday.
The point is that she really tried to help customers. Her assistance is greatly appreciated regardless if I get the Performance exhaust or not.
It's an attitude thing. At least, she tried vs. my sales guy who gave me an attitude "You are fucked, get lost". This dumb ass won't get any referral for sure.
