A good tenant pays rent on time but whines for everything. A not so good tenant is always late on rent even he doesn't usually complain.
Give me a freakin break, I need to pay a late fee if I don't pay my mortgage over 15th every month.
A friend of mine manages 3 rental properties herself and gets a full time job. She is the true slumlord and a rich slumlord. I need to take her out for a lunch to learn a few tricks to be a slumlord. No money no honey, I can only afford to buy her a lunch.
