If you can only afford to buy beef Brisket, skip the rest because you are shit of luck already. I can show you how to smoke beef brisket but it take a lot time to do it. My recommendation is to eat in the Famous Dave resturant instead. 4 decent sized steaks (8 to 10 oz.), use folk to pierce streaks first. 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1/3 cup soy sauce 1/3 cup Raspberry wine vinegar 3 table spoon. Worcestershire sauce 1 1/4 table spoon. Black pepper 1 table spoon. Mustard powder Half lemon, freshly squeezed lemon juice
Mix all ingredients into a large container and marinade steaks for 48 hours. Sit the steaks in a room temperature for an hour before putting them on grill.
