A pet store owner places an ad on the Technology Section. The heading says "Programming monkeys replace your high dollar staff". An IT manger wants to outsource his expansive programmers and thinks it doesn't hurt to check it out. (A typical American thought process). He stops by the pet store where he finds 20 monkeys in separate cages with different price tag on each cage. So he picks a monkey with the cheapest price $5000 and asks the owner "What is the specialty for this monkey?" The owner replies "This monkey knows C language" (C is a computer programming language.) He pays the money, carry the cage and leaves. The IT manager returns to the store a month later. He immediately notices that there are only 10 monkeys left and all the cheap ones are gone. He tells the owner "Your monkey is very good; I fired my C programmers" Part I.
